Day 8 of 30 squat challenge = 100 squats. Ended up listening to “Scream and shout” by Will.i.am ft Britney Spears. Made it seem a bit easier, otherwise I start to get too bored. Honestly was very apprehensive about 100 squats, seemed like such a big number, but I did it!
And now as I type, I’m eating sliced apple pieces covered with toffee and banana activia yoghurt and while it isn’t a chocolate bar, it is actually quite yummy.
In other news, thinking about taking on the 30 day crunch challenge.
Also anyone know of any good fitness apps for android?
I’ve just started this and my thiiiiighs..oh my god. Anyone else doing it? This ridiculous aching of the thighs is normal I assume? I’m so unfit, I know nothing about exercising and this is the most I’ve done in years, terrible
Unfortunately it is normal. I’m on day 8 now and the ache isn’t so bad now, but when I started the challenge, everytime I went up and down the stairs, I was clinging on to the banister for dear life.
